A light breakfast and a lunch for a limited number of people will be available at the conference. This food is provided via donation and will be vegan. If you have any specific dietary restrictions or allergies please let us know in advance so we can let you know if we will be able to accommodate them.

Childcare will be provided at the conference but you will need to register in advance. If you think you require childcare please get in touch and we will let you know what info we might need. If you don’t let us know before May 10th that you will need childcare we cannot guarantee we can offer it.

FILM SCREENING VENUE - MAY 19

London Action Resource Centre (LARC) - 62 Fieldgate Street, London, E1 1ES

The entrance to this venue has one step which can be adapted for wheelchair users with a ramp. The toilet isn't suitable for a wheelchair but it has handles and other adaptations for those with other mobility issues. There is 1 sofa and 2 armchairs which can be reserved for people who can't sit on hard chairs for very long.
